By using Seenbot you agree that Seenbot and Pixie Labs may gather details about social media accounts that you connect to your Seenbot account. This includes but is not limited to user-generated content that you share on that account, status updates, images, check-ins and profile information. We may use this information to improve the Seenbot service as well as other services built and operated by Pixie Labs. We may use this information to market services to you directly. We will never pass on user details in bulk to 3rd parties.

If you connect a private social media account (“3rd Party Service”) to Seenbot you are giving Seenbot and Pixie Labs permission to share limited details about that account in accordance with the functioning of Seenbot. This usage will also be in accordance with the Terms of Service of the 3rd party service. For example if you connect a private Twitter account to Seenbot we will share the timestamp of your last tweet to your connected Slack teams when a member of your team requests it.

Seenbot and Pixie Labs may also collect usage patterns about you, including how often you use the site, which parts of the site you use, and what your IP address is. We use this information to provide a better quality service and to improve the quality of other Pixie Labs services. We will never pass on this information to 3rd parties or make it public.

Seenbot or Pixie Labs may publish anonymised, aggregated user data for the purposes of marketing information or informational public blog posts and articles.

Seenbot never stores your passwords for connected third-party accounts. We store your Seenbot password using a highly-stretched bcrypt implementation.

If you subscribe to Seenbot we will collect your email address in order to facilitate your service. We store this information using industry-standard security and techniques, and will never knowingly share or publish this information to the public or 3rd parties.

Cookie Policy
